Steering Group, Inc. This organization maintains an
informative web site where you can download information regarding licensing,
FCC rules, etc. They also publish a book called the GMRS
National Repeater Guide which will help you identify
frequencies to use as well as addresses of repeater operators who might be
willing to share their systems with you.
